A Curated Six-Course Menu by Executive Chefs Kimsan and Sugizaki
The six-course menu is thoughtfully curated Chefs Kimsan and Sugizaki, blending locally sourced ingredients with a touch of Khmer influence to create a flavorful tribute to the regions Marco Polo explored.
