THE BEGINNING

From 18 March, the world’s smallest chef will be showing guests at the Park Hyatt Siem Reap his admittedly somewhat dramatic cooking skills. Taking you on an extraordinary dining experience, this culinary journey promises a multisensory wonderment as you prepare to be delightfully immersed into a continuous 3D- projected tale paired with sophisticated themed music, tables patterns, props and decorations along a choice of delectable menus.

The menu is orchestrated by Executive Chef, Pisith Theam and offers a careful selection of 5-course menus including a vegetarian menu and a junior menu, passionately prepared with locally sourced sustainable ingredients, and touches of Khmer influence. Wine pairing options are also available in partnership with one of the hotel’s wine suppliers, The Warehouse.

For children between the ages of 6 – 11 years, there is a possibility to choose from the children’s menu. Children below 5 years of age are not encouraged to attend.
