Immerse yourself in the authenticity of the Kingdom’s storied-past, intricately showcased through the partnership of Park Hyatt Siem Reap with the local village community, where our chefs work closely alongside local master chefs from the village of Puok District to bring you unique tastes and long forgotten recipes, passed down from generations.
The event will offer diners the rare opportunity to experience a menu created by two of the most talented and respected local chefs, Madam Lim Lang showcasing her family’s menu, and Chef Pisith enhancing each dish with Park Hyatt Siem Reap’s culinary flair. The menu beautifully showcases Cambodian cultures and traditions while providing an authentic and insightful culinary experience.
The culinary experience will be paired with a unique blend of palm wine cocktail, a concoction made with local palm juice and includes interactive live stations offering guests a glimpse into the village way of life in Cambodia. Entertainment will include the gracious Apsara dancers and staged performers depicting the storyline of the featured Khmer family-style 4 – course menu.
